The quality is terrible and the product is not what it says it is.

I was very upset. The guitar did not live up to my expectations. The store and the seller of this guitar did not treat the buyer with respect. It is a pity for the time spent and the inconvenience caused. The gift for the New Year did not take place !

I was hoping for a quality product from the Yamaha brand, but it turned out to be the opposite: the string holder in the lower part moves away from the guitar deck (does not fit evenly to the guitar body), there are chips and dents in the upper part of the neck at the 2nd, 7th and 11th frets . In addition, the contour of the soundboard (black lacquer) is unevenly colored.
