The team at BC has been really supportive of me in my transition. They have an excellent understanding of how to connect with employees and build trust. I like that they are very open about what it takes to be successful. The process is a little more complicated than most other transitions which makes the onboarding process longer. That being said, this is a great company and the benefits are definitely worth it! Honestly, I don't have any specific dislikes. I am looking forward to using their services for future projects! My favorite part of working for BC was the support they provided to me. Their team made sure I was getting the best experience possible during my transition.
