A valuable addition to my emergency bag

Really cool emergency radio! I live in a California fire zone and I'm packing my bag for emergencies. This is a great addition! I love that it has three power options: AAA batteries, solar, or hand crank. I just flipped it over for a minute to see how everything works and everything works as it should. A few notes: - The radio volume control is also a switch in the lowest position. - The reading light is located on the back of the solar panel and will turn on automatically when you pick it up. a small red indicator light to show that the device has power. It would also make searching in the dark easier. - "AL" means "Alert". I don't know why they didn't just print the whole word, there's plenty of room for that. The alarm clock is very loud and only has one volume setting. There is a switch on the bottom of the radio that allows you to choose whether you want to use AAA batteries or a rechargeable battery. If you can't get it to work, make sure you toggle it to the setting you prefer. The weight is good, not too heavy but not so light that it's cheap. Easily portable and heavy enough to be used as a blunt self-defense item (just kidding). So far I really like this radio. I'm still getting used to it. I scare myself with an alarm clock all the time haha. But it's nice to know that it's nice and noisy! I'm fully prepared to be in an awkward position.
