I bought these plugs by mistake thinking they had a separate insert. Well I'm very happy with my mistake. These plugs are just a dream. The seller is also a dream. I mistakenly commented that I was asking about the ones with inserts and he pointed out that I misread the ad. I did and he still refunded me despite my determined resistance. SO END YOUR SEARCH AND BUY IT NOW. I'm 63 and consider myself very tech savvy and interested in mechanics, but I couldn't get the other ports to work. It is so easy. Simply strip the wire, thread the individual wires through each individual wire in turn, crimp the next one, and then trim off the excess. Do not trim the excess until it is crimped. BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT IS EXCELLENT! I also bought a new crimping tool because I couldn't get them to crimp. The instrument is manufactured by Gardner Bender GB model GMC 1145D. Worked perfectly on my first plug. you can feel it falling Big difference from my old one that I bought at Home Depot. I bought the GB tool from another local ACE hardware store.
