Review on ImbaChat by Narendra Thapa

The support team at imbatools are fantastic, they were able to resolve issues that we had quickly even though it was our first time using their software! They have such an easy-to use interface you don't feel like there might be something difficult about managing your site if needed later down the line (which I'm sure will happen). We've been really happy so far as well - very good customer service too which has made us more confident in choosing this platform over others out there currently being used by clients elsewhere within my organisation. Nothing much yet but looking forward to seeing how things develop once live! Have not found anything negative thus far although nothing major either just minor glitches here & there when testing before going live. Good product overall would definitely recommend. Our main issue right now isn't related directly to them however rather one of the companies who host our client websites themselves. Their servers seem unreliable sometimes causing.
