I decided to take a chance and order this to see if it would help stabilize my right wrist while riding a motorcycle. I thought being able to use a heat/cold pack would be a huge plus as I do experience some soreness and soreness after a day ride. The product appears to be well made and regulated as advertised. BUT, whoever designed the gel pack and the "pouch" it comes in obviously didn't care about fit or ease of use. It is impossible to put a pack in a bag. The pouch is all Velcro and is as black as the packaging so you can't see what you're doing inside without a flashlight. I've tried several times to get it up to date and have basically given up. Yes, there are "instructions" but they are drawings, not photos, so they're useless too. If the hot/cold function is your buying criterion, like it was for me, my advice is DON'T TOUCH. This is a return.
