Decent quality bracelet. Fits good. Good support. But the ice/heat pack cannot be used. An ice/heat pack is basically garbage because you can't put it in. I didn't even have to turn it on.

The clip was good but the design was flawed. It's hard to put an ice pack in a pocket with an injured wrist. I had to cut the fabric holding the device together so I could lay it flat and slip an ice pack inside.

Bought this for my wife but it was soooo big for her. Didn't fit at all. At first I thought it must be because it's a men's size and I was wrong for them, but apparently it must be unisex. I have pretty big hands so I tried it myself and it was too big for me too. When the Velcro sticks where it's supposed to be, the clip is so loose it falls off my hand. I love how the product is made and designed because you can use it with both hands and the gel pack can be heated or frozen. The fit was good and the material quality is good. The problem I had was with the gel pack. I heated it up as instructed but the third time the gel pack burst at the side seam causing the sticky gel to ooze out.
