Bought this for my wife but it was soooo big for her. Didn't fit at all. At first I thought it must be because it's a men's size and I was wrong for them, but apparently it must be unisex. I have pretty big hands so I tried it myself and it was too big for me too. When the Velcro sticks where it's supposed to be, the clip is so loose it falls off my hand. I'm not sure what kind of giants the designer had in mind when creating them, but they definitely didn't mean the average person, or even slightly taller and taller than the average person like me. The hot/cold is a gimmick and the braces are the worst I've ever had for the size. Save your money and just buy the cheap one.
