I love how the product is made and designed because you can use it with both hands and the gel pack can be heated or frozen. The fit was good and the material quality is good. The problem I had was with the gel pack. I heated it up as instructed but the third time the gel pack burst at the side seam causing the sticky gel to ooze out. Also the illustration included in the package for putting the gel pack in the box wasn't very helpful. When the gel heats up and you put it in the sachet, it all holds together. It's hard to fix because it's hot. I have found that the 2 long tails on each side of the gel pack can go all the way inside the pack but it is impossible to get them all the way in when the gel pack is heated. It would also be nice if the gel pack could fit around the wrist and on the upper arm. This is useful not only for those who have wrist problems, but also for those who suffer from tendonitis in the upper part of the hand. I hope they can still replace my gel pack.
