Pros

Sound! The sound is excellent, balanced, low - real. speakers 50 mm. Fold to a minimum, reliable because I've been using it for a long time and have no complaints. You can replace the pads (after you find which ones you like, they are attached with 6 screws)

Cons

The battery , not always enough for the evening (depending on how loud you listen to them and another annoying signal - a warning that it will soon completely sit down and the headphones will turn off). Lack of support for HiRes (AptX), but this is in the first model, in the second model GOLD and the latest models have it.
