Tired of lugging my huge tote and laptop bag to the office everyday - too many straps, something always slipped off and I had it always carrying my lunch is in my hands (along with everything I had to bring to the office). This has completely fixed this problem. I can easily fit my laptop (horizontally or vertically anyway), purse and groceries in it and leave some space. I also love the look - it's one of the few cushioned bags I could find. It's stylish but not so obtrusive that I get tired of looking at it every day. The handles are strong and I'm not worried about them breaking when hung on a small hook every day. It would have been nice if it had more pockets but there is plenty of room in the main compartment to make up for that.
