They fit easily on my 2004 Harley Davidson FLSTFI. The fit was perfect, no alterations needed. As mentioned, these grips are 3 pieces that can be bolted together. So be prepared to use some LocTite to keep them from falling apart (I used a low gauge purple and had no problems). Not sure how I'll like the grips over time as they're aluminum and can get hot in the sun, but that's not due to the grips themselves, just a design element that I have to choose for myself . But even if I later decide to switch out of preference, I won't regret it for the price paid. A portion of the price of the same grip sold by the parent company. Do not be shy!
