I had a similar heating pad for several years that worked great until the suction cups stopped working. I bought this product which looks almost the same. However, the bottom brace pops open so I had to rock it in place. As can be seen in the manufacturer's own picture, the uprights cannot be held straight. This is the worst product compared to what I had before.
