Review on 🔵 Hunter Dempsey Indoor Ceiling Fan, 44-Inch with LED Light, Remote Control - Brushed Nickel Finish by Tracy Erickson

We bought 4 of these fans and 2 of them broke! Very poor quality item. Installed by a professional electrician. Having managed to get two fans running, he knew exactly what he was doing. We currently have 2 failed attempts out of 4, which means a 50% bounce rate. Very mean! I called Hunter hoping we could return the fans as they were under warranty but they only gave us new receivers. They said we should follow their troubleshooting steps before even considering a warranty return. To make matters worse they didn't send it to us in the fastest way possible so we have to wait 7-10 business days for a replacement. We are doing renovations and these fans cannot be completed until after the project is complete which means we have to call the electrician again for a special troubleshooting session. Of course, Hunter doesn't care and will do nothing to help his client; We just have to wait until they are willing to admit their faulty devices and we have to pay for troubleshooting ourselves. I regret buying them!
