Like some of the other reviews I have read this product has issues that you are unaware of until it is installed and tested. The light goes off and on randomly, as does the fan. It's fickle, so sometimes the light goes out once and that's it, and sometimes it goes out three or four times. On my fan more often buggy when turning in the winter direction. I need a smaller, unobtrusive fan to circulate the air in a bathroom with a ceiling height of 8 feet. It fits this bill well. It's quiet, ventilated and configured so the blades are well above the head of my 16 year old boy who is 6ft 2in tall. Given his waking state when getting ready for school, this is very important. brighter than I expected given other reviewers' comments. But I have many other lamps in my room. What disappoints me the most is that the dimming range is very narrow, meaning
