As reliable as any non-bell bottle from Oasis.
Not leaked yet. The sides are cute, but it's still good to see the water level inside even without the cue ball that keeps falling out. The wide top models fit the mounts better as they are slightly smaller and sit lower in the mount like they should. I have mine in a 16oz Oasis holder, UPC 048054800542, which I bought from Revain. The drinking tube seems a bit wider than other 16oz bottles, but the receptionist uses it for rats, no problem. However, I wouldn't use it for something very small like hamsters or mice.
