REALLY BAD! PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS IS REALLY BAD QUALITY

This radio is very bad, nothing works. i know the price cheap but I didn't think it was that bad. I want my money back. Hands-free microphone annoying. it is not. It's not a touchscreen, there are real settings, I hope the company sees this and gets it right!
