UPDATE: After trying to get support from Steelseries, they (SteelSeries, NOT Revain) wanted a broken key video, documentation and pictures and said I would get an RMA. Then they decided that I should just send it back. They fixed or credited something from their shop. No thank you. Back to another manufacturer who supports their own products and doesn't treat the customer as a problem. I have no idea how he got such a high score. The first one I had had problems with the question mark key. He was constantly doing repeated sags. I went back and got a replacement, the second had a dead nine key. I have no idea how it could be just me. Tried different keyboards, no problems. Tried Apex 7 on another computer and same problem. Of course, it's very comfortable and has excellent wrist support. But if the key doesn't work, no matter how convenient, it's useless.
