This is the second DeLonghi oven I've owned. The first oven lasted over 10 years, great product. This oven does not live up to Delongi's reputation. To fully open the oven door, the oven must first be moved to the edge of the countertop to fully open the door. The door handle is too big and doesn't allow the door to fully open, making it difficult to remove the bottom shelf and crumb tray (how could a designer miss that!) Second, BIP! GDP! GDP! at the end of the cooking time is so weak that I can't hear it because of the internal fan. Finally, the stick action feels very rough and shows all the signs of being made in China.
