Review on πŸ”¦ NV-802C Off-Road Utility Light by Navigator by Nick Garrett

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good but not the best lighting

I bought these lights because they were cheap. After reading the rest of the reviews I knew they would not come with instructions or wiring components and I was fine with that. All you really need to hook them up is a wire (12 gauge is best), a relay, a switch, and a little time. You'll probably also want to have a built-in fuse. The real reason I only gave those four stars is because I was hoping they would be brighter. I mean, I bought them more for looks than functionality, but I still wish they would perform a little better. They put off a lot of light over long distances, but if you mount them to the front of an unraised truck like I did, the light hits the ground before it spreads, resulting in two circles of light rather than the entire area. spark off But like I said, overall I still like them because they look great, cost under $20, and are easier to hook up without instructions than you might think. There is actually a great YouTube video showing how to wire a relay. If you are looking for "Auto Repair and Mechanics: How to Wire a Relay" this is the third one and it takes 1 minute and 56 seconds. There's also one where the guy shows how he wired everything up in How to Wire Off Road Lights with a Relay. This is also the third video below and should last 6 minutes and 9 seconds.
