not for S10 Note Best in USB Flash Drives

first problem. I had to remove the complete Otter case because the "C" connector was too short to fit in the slot due to the blue plastic case on this unit being too wide. Then there is no My Files/File Manager folder, Samsung folder or Tools folder on my S10 Note to transfer pictures. Very bad guide. I had to return it.
