Very expensive and the sequins fall off easily and don't stick to fabric

This was a $22.99 patch and I have it carefully to a very nice ironed shirt according to the instructions. Unfortunately, the sequins fall off everywhere. I have a lot of experience with patches and this is one of the most expensive I've bought so I was expecting a higher quality. Haven't even worn it yet but the glitter falls off just by peeling off the plastic, even after applying a hot iron again. Very disappointed, especially the high price. Also, it ruined my pretty blouse.
