May be slightly brighter when fully charged.

I use this on my furry boy, he roams free sometimes and when it's dark outside I can't find him! His fur is black, which makes him very difficult to find without a light-colored collar. Most importantly, when the people behind the wheel are on the road, they see the light and slow down for us. This brand is more durable than the other ones I bought. The stitching on the collar is holding up well and the light and button seem to be holding up so far. He wears this collar every day, evening and night. I think I had a collar for 4 to 6 months. So far, so good.
