New model does not always mean better!

I had the 10R the longest before jumping in the car and driving. Corrections were difficult. I ordered it because it is a newer model. It's terribly inconsistent and sometimes doesn't work at all. Listen to him bark and bark. I had 10r for several years. I notice placement, tightness, coat length, etc., then he shakes his head without barking and gets a shock. Scoured the internet looking for used 10r. BEWARE OF GOOD REVIEWS! They combine reviews of the 10R and this collar as an updated model.
