Great product and great customer service!

Great product and above all great SERVICE! I bought 3 of these barcode readers and encountered an issue with some barcodes running a strange code when scanned and confusing the POS system. I contacted Symcode customer service and less than 24 hours later I was contacted by Mr. Carl and I explained the problem to him. I sent them a video demonstration of the problem and 2 days later Mr. Carl emailed me with a special barcode which I scanned and my problem was solved. I have to say I was impressed with their customer service which is the most important thing! Highly recommended
