Not for experienced painters but definitely not for beginners

The material was not what I expected, not at all like the rolls I buy at the hardware store. Anyway I tried. Luckily I didn't have fibers like many others, but they soaked up the paint like a sponge. I had to carefully go through and fix the paint strips where the roller was stuck to. I've painted most of my house over the past few years and it's never been this difficult to work with. These videos meet most of the listed criteria. They don't slide off the roller or anything like that, but it's extremely difficult to get a quality finish. I had to throw the rest away.
