Review on Hazet 2169 Oil Filter Socket by Patrick Ceo

I have a few other oil filter removal heads designed for Mercedes and Porsche including stamped metal and cast designs. At first I bought others because they were cheaper and I thought they would work just as well. In fact, others tend to get stuck on the filter, and I thought that was crazy. So I broke down and bought Motiv to try and found it worked the best. Does not get caught when removing the sealed filter housing. Should have bought this sooner. Hope this helps other people to decide. Stamped metal and motif work great so if you're looking to save money go for them and chances are you'll be happy. But if you're like me and want to get the job done quickly and like using quality tools, I would recommend Hazet. This is the best design in terms of the flat surfaces that grip the oil filter when loosening and tightening.
