I gave my wife a watch. I was very disappointed to find that the watch strap is so long that after it is fitted on her wrist it is an extra two inches. This extra length of the strap makes the watch very uncomfortable. I called Bering Time and they told me they don't have a shorter strap for this watch. As screws (not pins) are used to attach the strap to the watch case, no replacement can be found. We have consulted with several jewelers and they do not cut the bracelet to shorten it as it is a stainless steel mesh and if cut it will ruin the bracelet.
