That's nice enough. The only criticism is that the screws loosen too easily. We have a lot of these chairs and for a while we had to pull them up every week. We started tightening the bolts every time we found a loose one and now the problem is almost gone. Once we finish all the screws, the problem will go away completely. So if you buy these, grab some "latches" and apply it to the screws as you go and you won't have a problem. Loose screws are the only complaint. One comment, we ordered several and they came in two different designs. They look almost random, but the setup between them is slightly different. It was very easy to tell which vertical bar was where. The other one wasn't so easy to tell, and we got it wrong a couple of times. So be careful when assembling to get them right before you snap!
