An easy to use tool with great customer support.
This is my second review of the scanner. I originally gave the scanner 2 stars because I couldn't register the product. I also had problems updating. Ancel responded to my review the same day and provided me with the support I needed to complete both. Thanks for the timely reply and help. An additional note about the update is that I read the guide too quickly and tried to put the device into update mode with the wrong order. I have no hesitation in recommending this scanner. I was able to easily extract the code from my 2018 Mazda Miata.
