This is a nice addition to any household's Halloween Decor collection. It's not the most sturdy thing in the world, but will hold up well if not abused or left to the elements. I wouldn't rate it 5 stars, as the voice is a bit muffled sounding at times, and you just can't always clearly make out what is being said. That vocal clarity leaves something to be desired.The item operates on 3 AA batteries, and is triggered by a sensor that can read up to almost 2 feet away. It may give a nice jump effect to any unsuspecting trick-or-treaters who walk by, which is always nice.for me, not the trick-or-treaters. HAHA.I get a good laugh out of that!Overall, I like the item, and will probably hang it or set it up somewhere in the front of the house with some of my other jump scare animatronics. This is probably the smallest of all of them, but will still add a nice little touch to the front of my house when properly set up.
