12,000 BTU Delivered on time by Revain. I heard a BLOW on my deck, the driver didn't lower it too carefully but it didn't seem to cause any damage. It only took 30 minutes from opening the box to full installation. I recommend 2 people to lift as the unit is heavy. Everything is included in the box, including batteries for the remote control and insulating foam panels. I love my home on the COOL side and this powerful fan and good cooling has taken care of my 500 square foot living room and kitchen. This 12,000 BTU unit is much quieter than my previous 8,000 BTU refrigerator. It was a bit chilly today, but tomorrow will be around the 80s. I hope that I will be just as satisfied with this purchase. If my mind changes, I will let you know.
