Slimming Cut is Beautiful but Size Up if You Want Multiple Heavy Layers Beneath

Bought this for a sibling in NYC. She's about 5'2&#34;. It was a toss-up between the S and PS. She likes to wear maxi skirts/dresses so I opted for the S so it would mostly cover them. She says it is a bit too snug through the shoulders to layer heavy sweaters underneath but thinks it wouldn't be necessary because it's pretty warm. I suppose a PM might have given her more room im the shoulders without adding to the length but she is happy with the one she hot. I'm pretty happy with the purchase too. She sent me a picture and it looks good on her. The slimming cut is nice on and there is no belt to mess with or lose.
