Mine was not assembled correctly at the factory resulting in the part failing and nearly catching fire
Mine melted. After closer inspection. I saw that the screw terminal was installed incorrectly at the factory. This caused my neutral to not be properly clamped. This, in turn, caused sparks under heavy load (air conditioning operation) and melted the entire connection.
