I have very long hair and so far I have given up the idea of being able to swim unless I have the rest of the day to wash my hair thoroughly with swim shampoo and wait for it to dry. In other words, I didn't actually swim much. I finally understand that I need serious exercise and swimming is pretty much the only form of exercise I can think of regularly because I hate almost every other sport lol so I decided to give this product a try. I'm not sure if this product can't hold water completely or if I need to style my hair a little differently. in the hat but most of my hair was dry and the rest was just a little wet. I'll have to experiment to see if I can fine tune my usage. But even if it's the best the product can do, it's WAY better than wetting my hair with chlorinated water every time I exercise.
