Very good for hill spur and bursitis
I use it to get rid of hill spur pain. I have hi spur of back and underneath of my hill. This one is very good for hill spur. I use it even after once the gum dried. Just keep it under socks and it stays fine. Just keep it shoes and use it for as long as 10 days or more. Except gum dried it still works.
