Review on 🔑 Dorman 13799 4-Button Keyless Entry Remote for Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury Models by Daniel Elgee

I wanted to trust Dorman when it came to the remote controls for my 2004 Ford Crown Victoria LX. They make good replacement parts. But this product does not fit my car. I followed the instructions and put the machine into pairing mode. But after pressing any button on the remote control, the device did not respond. After that I bought other third party remote controls and they worked successfully with the car. Also, the Dorman remote feels of poor build quality. The lock button is pushed further into the remote than the other buttons. The body of the remote creaked as the buttons were pressed. I'm sorry this is a bad product that didn't work for me. On the plus side, it was shipped in a spacious box with plastic bubbles and the product comes in nice packaging.
