So the plugs work fine after you open them. Coils on the other hand, some of them were good, some were bad from the start. I forgot to let the seller know in time for the exchange as these things are not that easy to assemble on my climbing trip. But other than that I have no issues with shipping, packaging or the time it took to get here. Great seller just not very good quality of the coils which has nothing to do with the seller.
