For a month, Sony kept the headphones at home, they did not respond to requests. The seller decided to return the money without waiting for a response from Sony. Now Iโm still looking for a device for myself, I canโt make a choice . I thought about taking the same headphones, but I read that many had the same problems. All in all, I didn't risk it. Thanks to the store and market for sorting out my problem. I have not contacted Sony before and will not try again.
