I ordered Large for my 15lb Pomeranian and they work GREAT! He's actually a tripawd (front left leg missing) so he needed something with a profile on ice and snow to keep him from slipping. In fact, he really likes wearing them. It was a little uncomfortable at first, but as soon as we went outside he realized that he could walk and play and his feet wouldn't freeze from the salt and snow. He started fumbling and didn't want to go in anymore. . One fell a couple of times, but I notice it right away and just buckle it back up. I could probably go for a medium size but I'm worried they might be too small. You can't beat the price for them. Excellent quality.
