You don't know how to make a necklace

That's ridiculous. I asked for a J on my necklace and they literally drilled a hole the wrong way round and now it looks like a capital B. Now I have to waste my time and drive to the office to return the necklace which I thought was correct would be made because she is it doesn't seem to be that complicated.
