I had an unnamed outlet for about a year. I noticed it was in bad shape with moving cords and such. The plug it connected to was fine, cleaned to look like new. One of the contacts in the socket was practically burned, and loss of contact or fire was only a matter of time. I looked back on my order for these and it was about half the cost of the Camco unit. I ordered a Camco unit (thank god for the first class delivery!) and was pleased to see that the copper contacts are much heavier than the previous part. On the first point, I probably saved too much money. The Camco appears to be able to handle 50 amps, the earlier model wouldn't have stood a chance. (My peak load is closer to 35 amps and that was apparently too much) 5 stars for an outlet that pulls the current it's rated for. Everything works there now, no problems.
