I normally wear a size 7 but prefer to run in a size 7.5. The original Adidas Rockadia shoes have been my journey or my death for the last year and a half and they started to wear out. I was sad that I couldn't find it anymore, but I was glad to see the new version 3.0 on sale at a great price. A size 7.5 still fits perfectly, but the soles of these shoes are longer and wider, giving runners optimal comfort and superior grip. I hardly felt any rocks coming down the mountain and the grip was phenomenal. Highly recommended. Well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.
