I'm really impressed with these little pans. I bought them to bake bacon. I liked that each pan has its own tray. I find the trays sturdy and have found I use them more than I thought I would. I can put fried food on top of the smallest and leave it in a warm oven while I cook other parts of the dish and everything stays crispy. At high temperatures (frying that is higher than the recommended temperature for this set of pans) I heard the strongest "pop", but after cooling it becomes even again. Other reviews complain about cleaning difficulties, but I found the opposite. I have found that no matter how much food seems caked in the pan, a little dish soap and a soak in hot water (just fill the pan), place the caked pan upside down in the hot water and after about ten minutes, It rinses off very easily, almost like a non-stick surface. I was shocked and delighted. They come out shiny and bright when I put them in my dishwasher. (We have a water softener, so complaints about them losing their nice finish could be due to hard water or a different pH than ours?) But to be honest, they're so easy to hand wash with a quick soak that I usually just let it dry afterwards and everything is fine. I highly recommend these pans.
