Doesn't work in 1440p(120Hz) with GSYNC

When using this switch, the display kept flickering, cracking and crashing. The product is advertised for 4K (120Hz), I only used it in 1440p (120Hz) with GSYNC. The cables used were DP 1.4, 3 feet long (1m) for a total of 6 feet or 2 meters. The display works great with both cables individually. If the switch is not obviously defective, then it may simply not be compatible with GYSNC, although the seller answered a question in the customer FAQ that it was compatible. Return an item for a refund and find something else.
