Extremely difficult installation of a light bulb (tube)

Extremely difficult installation of a light bulb (tube). As you know, in order to fit a T5 HO filament bulb into a fixture according to the instructions in the manual, after inserting the tube into the sockets, we need to "gently" rotate the bulb 90 degrees to lock it in place. It is almost impossible to perform this rotation with this device without breaking the bulb. The rotating part in the bushings is too rigid. I had to use a tool in place of the bulb to forcibly rotate this part a dozen times to "wear it out" and get it a little loose before I could attempt to insert and rotate the bulb. The two lights in my order behaved the same way. It's also entirely possible that you won't be able to unscrew the bulb when you need to replace it. Luckily it's not the end of the world. You can use a screwdriver to disassemble the sockets and take out the bulb and put it back in to make it reusable. Otherwise, this prefix seems fine. I like its suspension design. You can easily move the two hooks along the length of the bracket and easily fix them in any position. The points of hooks look a bit weak. I hope they don't break and drop the device.
