We use Neosys to manage our billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. We also use their QuickBooks software. We use the web-based application and we love it! We use it to generate invoices, accept payments online, create reports, etc. We would recommend this system to anyone looking for a cost effective system. They really do an excellent job at keeping your data safe from loss or damage due to fire or theft (as you may know, there's no insurance against those things). Their customer service has been great as well. If you're thinking about using them for accounting services, don't hesitate - go ahead! I've heard they offer good discounts if you sign up now..
