Great Customer Service and Excellent Implementation

KINETIK is very professional in their approach to customer service as well as project implementation. I have never had any problems with them; they are always responsive when it comes time do implement something new or improve an existing system we use daily! We love that all of our users can access things from anywhere using mobile devices (I know some companies limit this).   • Dashboards can be cumbersome to create; sometimes it takes several tries to get the right formatting to work correctly.
  • When viewing the charts, the "snapshots" aren't always updated properly when you change the time range.
  • Overall the app isn't intuitive, especially if you don't know how to do basic things like format charts.
