Dye hair without panic!
I love the colors of manic panic! They are so bright and light on the hair. If you have light hair (I first used a manic panic zip to lighten your hair) the color will be an almost fluorescent greenish yellow. That's great. We strongly recommend that you lighten first for best results. Good product.
