If you look at the replacement head that comes with this toothbrush you will see that it cannot be put on a toothbrush as there is something inside that is not removable seems to be. I checked customer questions to find this problem and the seller just said to watch the video with photos. I did this and the video only shows how to put the battery in, not how to replace the toothbrush head with a spare that doesn't fit. It appears to be a completely flawed design, unless there's a secret the designers forgot to mention. In addition, the toothbrush vibrates, but not the bristles. What's the point? Which company even makes them because they don't seem to know what they're doing? Disappointed that I spent money on this. Something like cheating.
